Seriously I just need some recommendations:

What are some good intermediate poses and does anyone know of any good videos to look into or get (that are intermediate)
It's surprisingly hard to find any recommendations out there.
See the list with intermediate poses:
Big Toe Pose-Padangusthasana
Boat Pose-Paripurna Navasana
Bow Pose-Dhanurasana
Camel Pose-Ustrasana
Crane (Crow) Pose-Bakasana
Dolphin Plank Pose
Eagle Pose-Garudasana
Extended Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose-Utthita Hasta Padangustasana
I started with these poses as well. The first attempts to make them correctly will be a complete fail, trust me. However, practicing day by day will make you stronger and more flexible. Thus you will be capable to stretch and perform all the postures. Don’t expect quick results, just keep training and it will come to you. Also, don’t forget to learn how to breath properly and meditate, because this will make you aware of your power and unlimited capacities. If you want I can provide you online courses of meditation and show some poses. It would be perfect if you will come to Bali where I teach yoga. There are many courses which you can find on https://parahitayoga.com.
You can also add to that list the pyramid pose, Halasana, the archer pose, little thunderbolt, and the Heron pose.
The lottery Sambad night is a round of karma, https://pachakam.com/recipes/pork-fry-pork-ular... so on the off chance that you have not won anything recently don't be unmotivated, your karma may change whenever and in the following draw, you may turn into a tycoon. The key is to continue playing reliably and without losing eagerness.
